I accidentally locked my keys in my car today in the middle of the Extreme Heat Warning. Luckily I was able to wait in a shaded area of the parking lot about 50 yards away from the vehicle. The technician called me while he was arriving, and I explained to him where I was parked & moved towards my car. Between them receiving the notification and the tech showing up was about 30 minutes (extremely pleased given how large their coverage area is) and the time between the tech arriving and me re-gaining access to my car being less than 5 minutes, I was extremely pleased with everything. While that may sound like a long time to wait in the heat, I was sure to explain that there were no people or pets in the car. Also, since I went through my insurance company the response time & the great attitude of the tech were both appreciated. I am quite certain that the response would have been even faster if there had been an actual emergency, but I definitely feel grateful that we have such a necessary service available for the community.

My dog accidentally locked me and my husband out of our apartment at 12am, so we called this locksmith first. We were told someone would arrive in 30–40 minutes. After waiting over an hour with no updates, my husband called and was told they’d message us when the locksmith was on his way. About 30 minutes later, they called back and said no one would actually be available until 6am. Completely unacceptable service. If no one was available, they should’ve been honest from the beginning instead of wasting almost two hours of our time while we were locked out in the middle of the night.
