  The business will literally screw up a service you paid them for and falsely accuse you of harassing them when you leave a few bad reviews about their poor business practices. Very immature and unprofessional behavior. There’s nothing wrong with using my other gmail account and my college gmail account to leave a bad review. They never offered to reimburse me for the money I spent on the service that they screwed up in the first place. To add insult to injury, they attempted to charge me additional fees for them correcting a mistake that they made. Then when I left a bad review about it they did not reply to it and attempt to make things right. The locksmiths are not the problem. The customer service representative is. Who in their right minds would mail metal keys to a customer in rainy spring weather, not once, BUT TWICE? Then both said keys were not in the envelope because the keys tore through the wet and rained on envelopes and fell out on the way to my P.O. Box in another state. They love to demonize the client and take no responsibility of how they wronged them. That’s very unprofessional, and I sincerely hope the current economy causes this place to go out of business.
