I called yesterday and they would get back to me, which is fine. In the meantime I was driving and found a wonderful locksmith in a store who helped me. Case closed.. they have called as of now 15 times. But my bigger issue is they'll call me back but not the friend that referred me to them as her key is now broken and needs replacement. She's been calling a week no response. Bad business avoid them and find a reliable key.
