  My car key broke when I was taking my son to BGSU, which is four hours away from home. It's one of those keys with a chip. My husband had to use pliers to start the ignition, and it was super stressful, we were just praying it would work. I found Brass Key Shop online, and seriously, we were so lucky to find such an amazing business. My husband was dealing with Ben, and he told me he didn't have the exact key for my car that had both the key and the fob, and that it might take until the next day to get one. That wasn't going to work for us since we wanted to head home. He then called the local Ford dealership, but they didn't have a blank either. So he called a second dealership, and they actually had one. He also checked if he had the basic key without the fob in stock, and he did! It was a match. He told me the price for the out-of-town key with the fob and where to go for that, or if I just wanted a key to start the car without the keyless features, he could do that. My husband decided to have him make not just one, but two keys. He said getting a second key is cheaper since you only pay for the programming once. Honestly, this was some of the best service I've ever gotten, anywhere.

  Hands down the best locksmith I have worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. As long as these doors are open I have no need to go anywhere else for my key needs
