My apologies I thought I sent a review a long time ago... Oh my goodness I was given the task to go and get about seven different keys copied I remember there was one up the street from where I reside and saying that I wanted to deal with a human and not a machine I decided to check out this location Oh my goodness this amazing individual by the name of Makai (i really hope I remembered correctly) ... was so attentive helpful patient kind amazing funny quick and cool Help me get all seven keys copied and we even made up a system so that I knew which building they went to so by the time I got him back to the owner he wouldn't be confused either Appreciate you Makai , as you took your time with me and was very comforting. I don't know how it is for other people but I really feel like customer service has lost a lot of its true customer service aspect but not when I was in here, Makai most definitely went above and beyond and if you need keys copied with the ultimate experience and you're in the Jackson Street area... please go check them out, you will not be disappointed
