He actually charged me less than the quote. Explained everything patiently to a 76 year old and didn't laugh when I didn't know what a bathroom lock was and almost broke the lock before he git by attacking with a screwdriver. We did have a good laugh about that. Highly recommend. Came on time. Work was excellent. He wouldn't leave until I yried the two keys in all the locks. I loved that one key fit all including deadbolt. Easier for an old mind to keep track.
