Whitney Premier Locksmith

Do not, under ANY circumstances, call this locksmith. They came yesterday to supposedly fix our front door lock. The man was perfectly nice, seemed at the time to know what he was doing, and spent a fair amount of time working. He left a huge mess, but that wasn’t the end of the world. After he left, imagine our surprise to find that the door *no longer opens from the outside,* and our second door (double front doors) *no longer opens at all* so we cannot get our stroller in or out. I have now been locked in the house for 2 days because if we leave, we quite literally cannot get back in. Yesterday we called from 12p to 6p and kept being told “someone would come by in a little while.” No one ever came. We started calling again this morning, and have just been told “it’s not my problem, it’s the lock.” Not only did they make the problem much worse ($120 later), they are now claiming that it’s not their fault. Please save yourself a great deal of hassle and avoid this company at all costs.
