When my deadbolt on my digital Yale lock for my front door stopped working, West Mesa was the only company that even bothered coming out to my house to look at it. Within 30 minutes they had my door functioning again. The cost to have them out on a Sunday was incredibly reasonable. GREAT customer service. Thank you so much!!!!

We just moved into a new home and Wade came out to change the locks for us! He was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Very affordable service and the locks/new keys work perfectly. Highly recommend!

The key in my husband's truck was stuck in the ignition and his truck was running. My husband drove his truck to the dealership and they were very rude and wanted to charge him $500-$1000 to fix it. I called West Lock & Safe and explained the situation to Rebecca who was very sweet and knew her tech could help us. We were so pleased with their service and paid $100. Thank you for your service and being so wonderful and very honest with your prices.
