They towed our car improperly - city hall told them about this and called to let them know before we arrived. We showed up after city hall let them know. We get there and ALL of the front desk employees act clueless and one even says “who wants to bother him”. Him being the boss. Apparently the boss was in a meeting. Mind you, the boss/supervisor was just in the other room. We then proceeded to wait an additional 40 minutes (!!!) for this boss to come out to give me my car back … that was improperly towed. Additionally, the front desk female kept slamming the window divider in our face every time we went up to get an update. And even said at one point “don’t know you know you aren’t supposed to bother people in meetings”. The most unprofessional business I ever had dealt with, from supervisor to employees. When we finally were able to speak with the supervisor, he wanted to charge us/the city for them to TOW IT OUT of their shop. What a scam this place is. Unprofessional. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this company.

My car was toll over the weekend, by Washnaw sheriff. When I call the tolling service to find out the cost to have my car release. They offer to lower the charges if I had of proof car insurance, and car registration. I kept my registration in my vehicle and it was taken out of my car. Wall tolling desk personal quote me a substantial high fee of $451. He mentioned that this fee was suggested by the sheriff. Which I founded out a few days later that he was dishonest. I'm a senior citizen on a fix income. This is sad how this towing service take advantage of people!!!
