Really hate to badmouth a small business that I’ve been going to for years and appreciated their service until the last 2 times I’ve been there. I have spent A lot of money buying all of my commercial steel equipment from them the past years, but they will no longer receive my business or referrals. This current incident is referring to an employee named Jerry, who apparently has been there for 2 1/2 years and didn’t know they sold belts. As soon as I walked in holding the old belt, I had he proceeded to tell me we don’t sell belts here. Which is funny because a few months prior I had bought the exact belt I was looking for from this store. I then asked what about the belts on the wall 20ft in the air and he told me well if you can find one get it, rather than willing to help. I was as calm as I could be until he told me that and then let them know that I will no longer be doing business with them due to that, and I will be returning the most recent equipment purchases because of concern they may not have the parts for me.
