  Scheduled services and then 10 minutes later they say they are unable help and not to call in them in the future. Poor service. “Hi. This is Michael with Austin Key Guy. I'm going to have to cancel your appointment this afternoon. We won't be able to help you in the future.”

  If you need a locksmith, this is the place to go! Their prices are fair, and they treat you with respect — no upselling or taking advantage. I had a broken key stuck in my ignition, and another shop wanted to charge over $200 to remove it. These guys fixed it quickly and honestly. I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
