Jason was very friendly and helpful. I was stuck in downtown Monroe with my car refusing to start, but the anti-theft alarm kept going off every 30 seconds. I had no idea what to do. I called him, he showed up 20 minutes later and even though the problem turn out not to be a bad car remote, Jason was determined to help me figure out the problem. Over an hour later, still having yet to give up, he got my car to start and I was able to make it home. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I called after another locksmith referred me to give Jason a call . I explained my problem to him even tho he was currently on another job he took the time to explain to me getting a new fob was not my issue. If that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is , he could have easily took my money .I thank you for you time sir
