I had a wonderful experience working with Texas Safe & Lock. I needed to sell a large safe that had been in the family for many years. Kynzie and Thomas were both wonderful to speak to on the phone, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and understanding. They helped me understand my options and were happy to be flexible working with me as we tried to figure out what the best outcome for me would be. When we decided on a course of action, Dylan and Josh came out to remove the safe and they were also incredible to work with. They were thorough and careful, managing some very tight hallways, counters, doorways, and railings with precision and care. Although the safe was very large and heavy, the removal of the safe went without a hitch and everything remained in pristine condition. Everyone was professional and truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you all so much for everything you do. :)
