  Scot strung me along all day via text and finally did not show at all and stopped responding. Not a good way to treat a repeat customer. Will take my business elsewhere.

  I must say, I tried in good faith to use Sunset Lock And Key. I called and went to his home and he attempted to program a key fob that I had purchased. It didn’t work. Scott, the owner and locksmith told me that he could have one a few days that would work. I gave him $120 cash to pay for a new key fob. He told me it would be available on Monday. He was too busy early in the week. He stopped answering my calls. Occasionally, replying to my texts. Scott always had a ready excuse for not having time. He just stole my money. I gave him over a week to complete the transaction. Sunset Lock And Key is NOT a good choice for a locksmith.
