  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop and will never be coming back. I originally brought my car in for an A/C diagnosis and a leak-down test. I was first told the A/C diagnosis would cost $75, but when I arrived, the price was suddenly increased to $100 without any reasonable explanation. What frustrated me even more was that I was told they could perform a leak-down test. However, when I returned in person to have it done and ask more questions, they suddenly told me they didn’t even have the proper tools to perform the test. This wasted my time and money. The communication between the manager, Alex, and the owner, Erick, is extremely poor. It was obvious that they were not on the same page, which led to misinformation and a very frustrating customer experience. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss the situation with Alex and express my concerns, he gave me attitude and simply walked away instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. Overall, the management and customer service at this shop are terrible. I left feeling ignored, misled, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service or professional treatment. There are plenty of other repair shops that value their customers—this is not one of them.

  FEMALES be aware!! I went to go get an oil change at this shop because my regular shop was closed on Valentine’s Day! I went with my own oil and EVERYTHING that was needed! The short dark skin guy with dreads had an attitude and kept pointing out things on my car for me to spend extra money because I wasn’t spending much after bringing my own oil. When he was done and I went back in my car, ALL my personal female items and utensils that I keep in my gloves compartment was on the floor of my car!!!! Why?? I don’t know! I had to just calm myself down in the car, cleaned up and threw away everything before driving off. Because idk what was touched with those filthy hands! The one time I was by myself this had to happen! Now I feel like he did something for me to have an oil leak to spend more money! Idk why mechanics always trying to have us females spend extra money because they think we don’t have much knowledge about cars!
