I called Steven’s & Son Locksmith Thursday 6/11 and set up an appointment for Monday or Tuesday afternoon. I had not heard from them Monday at 3:00pm so I called them. They said I was still on the schedule for that day. They called a few minutes later and said it would be Tuesday afternoon. We waited on them, no show no call. Yesterday, Wednesday, no show no call. Yesterday I hired another locksmith. If you want reliable service, don’t call these guys!

I had to call multiple times because they would not call me back for a job I needed done. Played phone tag for about a month then went to the local competitor. Got the job done within 2 weeks for 2k less. Very disappointed that this company is not as good as when Sr. ran it.
