I contacted Steve and team to help with a custom stroller ramp for our apartment. He was able to quote the project and build a solution quickly. The team who managed the install was incredibly professional and friendly. I'd use them all again

This place is great. Fast service and wonderful staff. I came here to get four sets of keys made. One key they were able to copy but the other one was having issues. They tried to make copies with two versions of my key but since the only key I had was a copy of a copy, there was some difficulty in copying that key. They were able to explain the issue to me, attempted to fix the problem twice and then even offer to refund me since the key I had was not able to be copied. I did not pursue a refund because I truly felt like they went above and beyond and it was error in having a bad key that was unable to be copied. Just wanted to write this review the give a shout out to their staff who I interacted with multiple times and were always pleasant and quick, but diligent with their work.

They have a star employee by the name of Joseph. I lost my wallet in NYC! As you can imagine, i was hysterical. Joseph found it, and was planning to return it to my residence when his shift ended. What a gem of a guy... I decided to retrace my steps, and he was sitting there in his company's vehicle, we locked eyes, clearly he recognized me from my ID, he held up my wallet and i broke down in tears and gave him the biggest hug ever. He was so humble. Thank you Joseph, Thank you Speedy Lock & Door Co, inc for having such a model employee. I will forever be grateful and of course myself and everyone i know will be using your service's.
