Mr Thomas Baca decided to not give me money back after charging me $125 and giving me a two button key instead of a 3 button key . He went back and forth for two weeks for a variety of reasons like it was his birthday he had low battery tree while driving on a freeway and then his truck needs repairs. Baca told me he will order it for another $30 last week and he said he will drive up infront of our place but never showed up. So all in all I paid $125 For a key that will not work completely for the car. I paid and he won’t even answer calls after making all those excuses.

I would not recommend buying anything from Thomas Baca. He was unreliable and extremely unresponsive throughout the entire process. It was difficult to get a response, and he failed to follow through on what he said he would do. One major issue was that he failed to provide the correct key. He repeatedly changed his explanation about which key he had given and insisted different ones would work, but none of them did. Despite having an “all sales are final” policy, the information I was given was inconsistent and misleading. On top of that, he was completely unprofessional in the way he communicated. Instead of being respectful and trying to resolve the issue, he came across as rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I spent two weeks getting excuse after excuse with no real solution. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend purchasing anything from him.

mr baca does not answer texts or calls, and he tries to charge extra for nonexistent things!!! he is heavily unreliable and i’ve never been more disrespected.
