My insurance dispatched pop-a-lock in Dallas roadside assistance to change a flat tire and I waited for 2hrs. First I got a text message saying it was going to arrive in 28 - 51 minutes after an hour called them and the rep told me hopefully our guy can get to you asap. So I got another message saying it was going to take another 30 min and after waiting for another hr I called them and they couldn’t give me an estimate on how long it was going to take to get to me… worst customer service. I ended calling my insurance and got reassigned to a different provider.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was extremely disappointing. I was initially told the technician would arrive within 45–55 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half, I called back and was told the technician was only seven minutes away. I waited another 30 minutes and called again. This time, the representative told me they could not reach the technician because he was not answering his phone or text messages, and his GPS was not working. More than three hours after my original call, no one had arrived. I eventually contacted Keys On Wheels instead. They arrived within 20 minutes and unlocked my door in about 30 seconds without causing any damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pop-A-Lock. If you need a locksmith, I highly recommend Keys On Wheels for their prompt and professional service.
