    Waited over a week for a scheduled appointment for our business to have a lock cylinder fixed; they no-showed. No call, no text. Called again to inquire about a repair, they rescheduled us and no-showed again. All of the keys to our building have their name and number on them, which is the only reason we called them specifically. Not going to make the mistake again.

    I've been a customer of Mathias for about 8 years and I regret making the decision to do business with them. The staff is incredibly rude and sexist and to top it off they can't even cut a key correctly. We've returned multiple sets over the years because they didn't work. Slow service, poor quality and rude staff. I'd recommend checking out the competition.
