Claimed they called me to let me know they were on their way to pick up my vehicle. They never did. They canceled the service and left me in the lurch. When an other provider showed up, and I told them what happened, they knew it was Luther before I even told them what company canceled the previous order. The other provider said, “Luther always does that. They take all the orders they can even though they can fulfill them. Then they cancel on the customer.” Don’t use these guys.

My experience with Luther Towing and Service for roadside assistance was absolutely horrid and, frankly, inhumane. I was left waiting for over four hours while they repeatedly extended their ETA by “just another 20 minutes.” Every time I thought help was finally on the way, I received another delay. This cycle continued for 4 hours, leaving me stranded with no reliable information or sense of urgency. When I called for updates, the representatives were rude, dismissive, and incredibly nonchalant. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a sincere apology, I felt like I was being gaslighted into believing the delays were insignificant or that I was overreacting for expecting accurate updates. Being repeatedly told “20 more minutes” for four hours is misleading and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Luther Towing and Service based on this experience. Their handling of my roadside assistance request was horrid, their customer service was inhumane, and their repeated false ETAs destroyed any confidence I had in their ability to provide reliable assistance
