  I’ve used this business 3 times now. I will never use them again and suggest you don’t either. Everyone understands “island time”, but this place is on their own level. All 3 times I’ve been, I’ve walked in and been the only customer. Each time, there are at least 3 employees (usually more) behind the counter and it still takes 5 minutes to be greeted. Yesterday, a package they shipped for me had not arrived and I misplaced my tracking info. I called to get a simple tracking or reference number and it proved impossible due to their total disregard for their customers. Once they finally answered, they put the phone down for 7 minutes while I could hear them chatting and laughing, only to pick it back up and hang up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Then they straight up refused to take my following calls. All I needed was a tracking/reference number and they flat out denied helping me. On top of zero concern for their customers, their rates are higher than most places. It’s amazing they’re still in business after seeing how they treat their customers. There is another shipping company on Fleming that exceeds this place in every possible aspect.
