  ​I cannot express enough gratitude for the team at John’s Lock and Safe. I was in a massive time crunch, needing to move a "behemoth" of a gun safe across the country that hadn't been opened in 14 years. ​From the start, Jessica was incredible. Her deep knowledge of safes put me at ease immediately, and she even gave me several tips to try before we sent for a technician. On a Friday night, John dropped everything to help me out. Not only did he get the safe open so I could leave San Diego on schedule, but he took the time to explain the inner workings step-by-step. I left feeling confident in how to operate it and truly appreciated the "masterclass" he gave me. 10/10—don’t go anywhere else for your locksmith needs!
