I called their offices late at night- 9:20 pm to be exact and was surprised to reach an after hours dispatcher. Within minutes I got a call back from Larry and explained my situation. The next day I spoke with an admin assistant and again to Larry to give further details. I was a bit nervous about the costs, but was very pleased with the work. Larry was able to come within 2 hrs of call placed, replaced latch fastener- as it was for wood and not steel, and got my screen door to closer slower. I was very pleased as the 2 doors are quieter and flush when they close. The attention to detail, service friendliness, and promptness are all reasons why I would recommend.
