This company is a scam and bots their reviews…Avoid at all costs! After refusing to give me a quote over the phone, they assured me the technician would come and quote me the service before doing the service. This was not the case. The technician didn’t introduce which company he was representing, nor did he even know which company he represented. After he completed the service he tried to charge me $625 for a lockout service LMAO. It took 20 minutes of haggling to bring them down to $350. Keep in mind the standard rate is about $100. This company is full of scammers and predatory practices.
