Paid this man for a replacement vehicle key, and he never gave me the key after repeatedly asking for over a month. I requested a refund and he never returned my money. Unprofessional and a thief. I would never recommend this business.

Use this company at your own risk! I find them extremely untrustworthy. They do not honor their warranty, and once they have your money don't expect any additional service . At first everything was great, they came to my office as scheduled to rekey my key fobs for my Mercedes. However, one of the key fobs stopped working and I was locked out of my car. I tried pulling out the physical key and discovered that it was not cut correctly. ( by the way I discovered that the key on the other key fob that they made was not cut at all) to make matters worse, I was in the parking lot of a grocery store with 40 lb of ice that I was to take 2A a party. I had to Uber home to get one of my other keys, one of the original ones, not one that this company made. I called Armando that week and he promised he would come out and fix the key fob and recut the keys. However, after failing to make two appointments, he stopped responding to my texts. I walked up to their shop since it's only two blocks from my office and apparently Armando is hardly ever there and I was told that they would reach out to him and have him call me. That never happened So, I had to go to the Mercedes dealer and get the keys we cut at a cost that was twice what he was going to charge. Do not trust there this company. Nothing worse than people making a promise and a warranty and then ghosting you.. by the way, the quality of the key fobs at least for the Mercedes is horrible. Not only did they stop working with the wireless, but, the little lever on the keys that you use to access the physical key broke on both of the key fobs, one the first day the other 2 weeks later. I had to use a very small screwdriver to get the physical keys out. This shop is only two blocks from my office and I wish I had never reached out to them.

Knowledgeable guy and a good communicator. Did the job quick at a fair price. I’ll be back when I need key help next. Would definitely recommend to others. Go support this guy
