    I had an extremely difficult request. The door knob on a very old door went out. I talked to two other companies before my daughter told me to call Heights Security. Altough it took quit a while to resolve the issue (because the lock and door knob are obsolete) Patrick never gave up. He researched and worked with a difficult manufacturer and finally came up with a fix. I have a new lock and dorr knob that actually work. Patrick and company were extremely professional, patient and determined. Thank you. No more getting locked out on the closed in porch!
