I called and Mr. Hartsell was here WITHIN 15 minutes. My son broke a house key off in the deadbolt. Mr. Hartsell got the remains out in about 5 minutes then assessed the lock, found some issues with the installation and remedied the issue. It was only $75, and that's it. It took him about 30 minutes to do everything. I needed the assistance fast, and got it fast. I'd give Hartsell's Locksmith 6/5 stars. Thank you.
