The installation of the alarm system and lock was botched. Literally just a few days later, the system malfunctioned and stopped working properly. When I called to have it checked or to request warranty service, I was just given the runaround, and they even tried to charge me separately for it

The service here is absolute garbage! I called for an emergency lock repair at home, and they were three hours late. When the technician finally arrived, he just ended up ruining my doorknob further, claiming it needed a full replacement and trying to squeeze more money out of me. Then, after he left, the alarm system they installed kept acting up—it would just go off on its own even when no one was around.

Always help with whatever I need. Polite & nice guys, I'm so glad they are still doing business here, when so many other places of any kind are closing up. p.s there's a small parking area in the back too, you can't see from the curb. between the shop & the new taco place . FYI
