Ordered keys from here. I received all but one key. I have reached out several times via email and Instagram (over three months) for an update only to be ignored. The bare minimum, my key should be returned.. along with a refund of the key I didn’t get.

I dropped off my antique lock box and two keys to get the box fixed and two castle keys made. I was quoted two weeks. That was the end of February and it is no late/ mid August. I had moved and requested that once finished that they be sent to my address. After numerous calls, emails and messages I still do not have the items. I understand that there have been some health issues but a couple of times I spoke with the owner the response I had gotten was “ I need to get started on this”. The last communication I had with him he tried to guilt me with the reason being his health issues…… there was never any mention in prior conversations. The last conversation I had was with his son who took down my name and address and said he would send the lock back to me. I no longer want it repaired. I just want it and the keys back. Throw it in a box and put it in the mail like I requested. Today I followed up with another call and was promptly put on hold for 20 plus minutes. When I tried calling back he is no longer taking calls. I would avoid this vendor at all costs!
