Fred's Key 🔑 Shop a Long Standing Establishment has the Worst Customer Service Ever I've purchased car Key fob for many of my vehicles for had keys for decades it Stops ✋🏿 Now. I had a defective Key fob which I purchased from Fred's and I went back to see if they replace or discount a replacement for me I talked to this associate for at 10 minutes and his Boss was hiding behind the door thought that I didn't notice his jive self and the kid tells about how many they had sold and without complaints and here I come complaining about defective products but I said if I am one out of thousands why not Service a returning customer with some other options besides making me the problem when I'm someone who helps with keeping your Doors open and profitable. They would not taken a Loss Helping me out I didn't ask for a handout just a better option than the one they gave me. So saying that I suggest that Thousands of you Customers who patronize Fred's Please Reconsider Spending money with Fred's that extra mile you drive to get to Fred's don't do you're setting yourself up for Disappointment in 2026 We the People Deserve better . I'm not going to play the race card thats Old but I only saw one person of Color and we never made eye contact I wonder why I hope that he doesn't get any flack from his Boss or co worker about what he had heard because He Know that wasn't Right. With This Review No More Fred's for Me.
