Luke and Erin of Franks Lock and Key are the best. Friendly, professional, and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my key needs. They have taken care of the locks at our house, our business bathroom, our car when locked out. And most recently saved us when our bike lock malfunctioned and was stuck. This is a locally owned small business that you can count on when you need to feel safe and taken care of.

I had excellent experience with Frank's lock and key recently at my home in AG. Great family-owned business that's been here for over 50 years. One of the owners Luke came out and helped me with three lock sets into my doors and made key copies in the same visit from his truck explain the things well and was super organized and fast and very reasonable billing. Erin, also an owner helped me from the office and she was very polite and professional - so a great overall experience. Will definitely use their services again in future. Greg B

Erin at Frank's Lock and Key has duplicated keys for me, and I was always extremely happy with the work that she did. The keys that she made always worked perfectly. Recently, I needed two new keys for one of our cars. Erin gave me an appointment with Luke, who made the new car keys quickly and efficiently. Luke is clearly an expert locksmith. My new keys look exactly like the original keys for our car, and, as I expected, they work perfectly. I highly recommend Frank's Lock and Key in Arroyo Grande, California. Both Erin and Luke are experts, and they are both friendly and easy to be around.
