I called to ask about key duplicates and know the price and the person that answered was quite impatient and kept talking over me, telling me he can’t duplicate a key if it doesn’t exist and I was explaining that I do have my keys. He then hung up on me. Maybe a bad day but I tried calling back to clarify and he placed my call on hold multiple times even though I literally just spoke to him.
