Mike and his apprentice Jack helped me out with a mortise lock job. Rekeyed it and converted the inside to a thumb turn from the original keyed mechanism. Jack was polite and helpful on the phone, and Mike called back asking for pictures to decide whether he could fix the problem. They arrived on time and were efficient in completing the job.
