Apparently thinks someone who needs the handicap parking spot he doesn’t need is privileged. Take your business elsewhere because this company thinks anyone needing a disabled parking spot is acting privileged …. Yet them taking up a disabled parking spot out of pure laziness and entitlement isn’t. Do better

These photos showing one of this company’s drivers parked in the access aisle of a handicap parking space and was informed that when a wheelchair user confronted the driver about blocking the aisle, the driver responded by calling them “privileged.” If accurate, this behavior is unacceptable. Access aisles are not extra parking spaces they are essential for wheelchair users to safely enter and exit their vehicles. A company representative demonstrating this level of disregard for accessibility and then insulting a person with a disability reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, addresses the situation with the employee involved, and provides training on disability awareness and accessible parking requirements.
