Friendly local service in Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding burbs. My cylinder had been drilled out by another locksmith during an emergency lockout. I have a very thick door and Baldwin hardware so it wasn't a straightforward job. I called Steve on the phone and he pickup up immediately. Scheduling one of his guys (Benje) was hassle free. It took a few days for the part to come in but that was expected with my door thickness. Great business.
