Terrible experience with this company. They advertise same day yet could not fit me in until the next day. Address given via text message did not include a Suite # so I drove around building for several minutes looking for the building before deciding to call the number. Apparently this is located inside of a Public Storage Building which had an access gate that was locked. The dispatch then proceeds to tell me the tech left his tools at his house and could not meet me for the appointment despite me re-arranging my work schedule to meet them. Who leaves their tools at home when this is solely what they do for a living? Dispatch then tells me it will be later in the day and I would be contacted 30 minutes prior to his arrival but could not give me an ETA. Very unprofessional. I contacted another locksmith who met me at my job within 20 minutes and did the work in less than 10 for the same price.
