Avoid using this business. Today after parking in the alley behind Ashland Lock for less than 5 minutes I was approached by the owner of this business and instead of just asking me to move my car like most reasonable professional business owners would I was verbally berated harassed and threatened. Avoid this business.

Ashland Locks was great to work with for a simple rekey of our unit. After giving us an estimate, Denise asked questions we wouldn't have considered regarding our building/policies and made sure they weren't getting us in trouble by changing our locks! It never felt like she just wanted to make a sale, and she was very responsive. Our technician (Jimmy, I think!) was super efficient. Keys work perfect. Highly recommend :)

Excellent service today 3/31/2026! Tech came out to repair the bldg’s intercom/entry system. I can’t remembers his name either Adam or Shawn?(maybe) but walked through all the ins and outs of the system and helped me add the device to my phone. I’m so happy!!! Thank you again!!
