Locksmiths can easily take advantage of the average person's lack of general lock/key-related savvy, and overcharge, be lazy about finding a fix, etc. That is not the experience you'll get with this place. He came on a Saturday morning, changed my locks, and then helped drill out wood/paint from inside the strike plate sof ~10 of my interior doors. It was a ton of work so it was shocking to get the bill and have it be so low. Very grateful and would absolutely recommend them if you need a good, honest, affordable locksmith!

John was professional, came first thing in the morning, and was able to extract the key which was broken in the lock, instead of replace the whole system! Very affordable, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend John and Andover Lock if you have a lock issue!
