  I’m reaching out regarding a recent phone interaction with your office. As a business, we were trying to arrange a service for a customer’s vehicle, but unfortunately the person answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the call was disconnected on us, and after attempting to call back multiple times, we were still unable to have a professional conversation. Being hung up on while trying to coordinate business for a customer is unacceptable. First impressions matter, and in this industry they often begin over the phone. Clear communication and professionalism are extremely important when coordinating services for customers. The interaction made it difficult to move forward comfortably with doing business together. I wanted to bring this to your attention because customer service and professionalism directly impact business relationships and customer confidence.
