⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Advanced Lock and Key never disappoints! Once again, Advanced Lock and Key came through for me! Different car, different problem, same heroes to the rescue! This team clearly only hires the best. Dalton had my fob issue solved in seconds, LITERALLY! And that’s after taking it to two other places Who tested it and could not fix it. Douglas is hilarious and great at his job. I do miss seeing Jacob around, but I know he’s off doing great things elsewhere. Thank you all for always being my heros. I wouldn’t xxl trust anyone else with my cars!

I called at 3:30pm and asked for a key replacement as well as a key fob. The guy on the phone even asked some details about the fob and quoted me $190 and told me it’d be an hour and a half before the tech arrived. The tech didn’t arrive until 7:30pm. The tech was nice and got the job done quick but he said he wasn’t told he would be replacing fob as well but luckily he had one left on his truck. When I was going to pay he told me it’d be $190 for the key and service call then another $90 for the fob even though I was quoted $190 for all of it on the phone. I paid anyways and was told it’d be $280 but they didn’t mention that was before tax as well. So my $190 visit turned into $296.80. The tech was good but the communication was poor and I would’ve used a different company if I knew this would be the price initially.
