Had a great experience with the team here. Highly experienced, they talked me through my problems and offered a solution. Great communication and they got my key fob for my car replaced in no time at all. Very reasonable pricing as well. Jazz & Derrick are the guys to talk to if you need your vehicle’s key fob replaced.

I am giving two stars only because I don’t want my review removed. But this business doesn’t deserve any stars. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration for a customer’s time. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday at 10:00 a.m. I work graveyard shifts 6 days a week, 12–15 hours a day, and I also care for an elderly parent. My schedule is very limited, so every appointment has to be planned carefully. I worked the night before and sacrificed much-needed sleep so I could be on time to have a replacement key fob made. By 10:30 a.m., there was still no sign of him, and I had not received a call or message. When I called, the excuses kept changing. First, he said he had “lost our conversation.” In the same sentence, he said they had been overbooked. He then mentioned he had his granddaughter’s baby shower. The inconsistent explanations made it difficult to believe what I was being told. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for wasting my time, he came across as condescending and dismissive. Everyone can make mistakes, but how you handle them matters. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poor customer service, unreliability, and a lack of respect for a customer’s time. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. Update: Thank you for proving my point. Your response is unprofessional, defensive, and unnecessarily personal. You're honestly sassier than my four-year-old granddaughter. Instead of taking accountability for a missed appointment and failing to communicate, you chose to attack the customer. Your responses to poor reviews reveals your true character far better than any eview ever could. Potential customers can read both sides and decide for themselves.
