  For background, I had to be taken to the ER by ambulance from my house. I didn’t get home til midnight only to find the EMTs locked my door, and I didn’t have my keys. I had been making calls for almost 2 hours, and First Lady Locksmith was the only one who answered out of the dozen locksmiths I called. I honestly thought I was going to be stuck outside all night in my robe with a dying cellphone and basically barefoot (they gave me some hospital socks). She showed genuine concern and didn’t stop making calls until she got one of her locksmiths to come out to my house (I live pretty far outside of Memphis). The locksmith kept me updated the whole time on the ETA and he got me inside quickly. Lady Locksmith even called the next day to make sure I got in safe. You can tell it’s more than just business. They actually care about the people they service. I can’t thank them enough for showing me so much kindness, professionalism, and making sure I got out of a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
