Came right away! Was a total life saver! A coworker had previcious cargo in the car when the door just slightly shut as she got out of the car to grab something on the ground...but just enough to LOCK her out! One panicked new mom was so relieved to see these guys when they showed up in less than 5 minutes! Thanks A-1!

Brought in two keys to be cut for my car. "We can't cut these keys because we do not have the dealer code." After I found a dealer, they told me, "All A-1 had to do was call us for the code which they do all of the time." I drove back to A-1 with the dealer code and they proceeded to cut my keys. A-1 did their best but could not make the keys fit. It turns out that the dealer gave me the wrong code. After 30 minutes of working on it, A-1 did not charge me ... tough day. I learned that key replacement can be a tough business.
