  THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I am beyond frustrated and absolutely livid with the unprofessionalism and dishonesty I’ve experienced. This place is a scam, plain and simple. They will charge you for their incompetence, and at every turn, they will try to avoid taking responsibility for their own failures. I called this company to unlock my front door, and right from the start, things were a mess. The technician had no idea what he was doing—he spent 15 minutes jamming random things into the keyhole, and still couldn’t get the door open. My roommate had a key, so I told the technician his services were no longer needed. But when I tried to use the key later, it didn’t fit. I called the office, and they promised the technician would return. Guess what? No call, no follow-up. I had to chase them down. I called the technician directly, and he acted as if he had no idea about the situation and told me to call another locksmith. When I called the office back, the lady tried to tell me the technician was “lying” and that a manager would call me. But instead of resolving the issue, she just hung up on me. I called again, and the same person—who claimed to be an "assistant manager"—offered zero help and no accountability. She was rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem to have a clue about customer service. To make matters worse, she outright lied, claiming their office was located in Los Angeles (which is completely false). When I asked for an explanation, she told me they could send another tech—but I’d have to pay AGAIN for their mistake. These people are unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly unqualified. It doesn’t even feel like they’re real locksmiths—they gave off a vibe that they were just a bunch of amateurs trying to make a quick buck. This company is a scam, and they should not be trusted with anything related to your home security. UPDATE: IT GETS WORSE. After leaving my review, I received an unsolicited call from their customer service department. I never filed a formal complaint, but suddenly they were calling me about my Yelp review. It felt off, so I hung up. But then they called me again, and at that point, I was actually terrified. They knew my name, my address, and were harassing me over a simple review. And then—get this—they had the nerve to send me a threatening text saying they were going to sue me for a "false review" and insisted I had never been serviced by them. This is after I have multiple witnesses and even the technician’s business card to prove their service was real. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will harass you, lie to you, and charge you for their own mistakes. Their entire operation reeks of fraud. Stay far, far away.
