My 18 year old daughter hit a curb on Buckley. She had AAA on the phone and they forced her to use them saying she couldn’t wait for AAA and they were part of the arapahoe county sheriffs contracted team and couldn’t wait. even though there was a lane open and it was 11:00 at night with minimal traffic and charged her $280 for a 2.5 mile tow. CROOKED! And when I called 1st class the lady (manager) said she could’ve impounded the vehicle when I said this was bad business. Spoke with arapahoe county and they agreed that was inappropriate to say.

I want to give a shout out to Tom at 1st Class Towing. Yesterday we drove down from Denver to pick up our car at Extreme Auto Repair after having some work done on it. We had communicated we’d like an after hours pickup and they told us they’d have the car ready to go with the key and paperwork inside. After arriving, we saw that not only was there no key or paperwork inside, but the car was blocked in by other vehicles on Extreme’s property. They clearly had forgotten to do any of the things they said they’d do. My wife and I were furious. After calling Extreme and not being able to get ahold of anyone we decided we’d call 1st Class Towing as a last resort. We had no expectations that they’d answer or be able to help. I was surprised when someone answered the phone at about 7:45pm. He was very kind and told us that he actually had a guy at the tow lot who might be able to help. Sure enough, shortly after that we met Tom. Long story short, Tom was able to get ahold of someone at Extreme, move the vehicles blocking our car, and help us get out of a very frustrating situation. Although he could have been annoyed that he was inconvenienced, Tom was patient, kind, and helpful while also making sure he did right by everyone involved. We are so grateful Tom was there and willing to help!

Getting your car totaled sucks, but these folks were by far the easiest ones to deal with in the whole process. The staff were nice and professional, the driver was even kind enough to get me off of the highway as they towed my car away from the scene. They made clearing out my vehicle and signing it over super easy.
