I hired this locksmith to make a key for my 2013 Ford Transit Connect. The new key didn’t work, and after they worked on my ignition, my original key would no longer fully insert. My van is now completely undrivable. I contacted them and gave them the opportunity to make it right, but they refused to help or take responsibility. Now I’m stuck paying for an ignition repair that I didn’t need before. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
