  I would not use this company even if the service were free. I called to ask if they serviced my area. The person who answered responded very abruptly that they would not be back in the area until August 17. I was a bit surprised by the tone, but simply replied, “Okay, thank you.” Instead of responding or ending the call professionally, he immediately hung up. Based on this interaction, I found the customer service to be rude and unprofessional. A courteous response takes very little effort, and unfortunately, this experience did not leave a good first impression. In response to the owner’s reply, my experience was different. The interact was abrupt. There was no apology during the call. The tone was rude. After I said, ‘Okay, thank you,’ the call ended immediately without any additional conversation. Very poor customer service.

  Honestly this place saved my day. i locked my keys in the truck at the gas station and was totally freaking out. They got there in like 15 minutes and popped it open without any damage at all. The guy was super friendly and made a joke about how I was probably just tired of driving haha. It was a reAlly reasonable price too which I was not expecting since i figured roadside stuff costs a fortune. If I ever do something this dumb again ill know exactly who to call.
