horrible
was locked out of my apartment around midnight, called this organization. was told the cost would be $285 to break open + $85 “service fee” which was already a lot for me. then once they opened the lock he said it was $300 to install. what the hell!! really felt taken advantage of as a young woman in a tough situation. i felt threatened that if i protested this i would have put myself in an unsafe situation with a random guy late at night. really scary and dishonest do not use this service.
