Literally saved my life! Can’t recommend enough! Aaron came within 10 minutes of the first call, he was amazing and got the key out of the broken lock and installed a new lock as well! Such a great experience and Aaron was so nice! Truly greatful!

Surprisingly disappointed. I chose this place because it was highly rated and also claimed to be able to handle almost all vehicle types. Admittedly I have a bit of a unicorn of a vehicle. A 2017 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. It is about 90 percent Mazda and 10ish percent Fiat. Mostly in the engine and some body design. My tech. I believe it is spelled Johana seemed confident she would be able to handle the task. I told her you MUST use Mazda software settings to get this done. She did not accept my recommendation. Somewhere along the lines of I have been doing this for years and why should I believe "online" suggestions. Well unfortunately this is the way it should be done and it was not. She insisted on using the FIAT settings and it caused it to fail. This is what both GROK and GEMINI say: Question asked: Does an automotive locksmith need to use mazda settings to program a keyfob for my 2017 fiat 124 spider abarth? Fiat dealers can also do it, but they’re often more expensive. ------- Thank goodness I can still start and drive my vehicle with my original key fob, it was however messed up in the process and I now have a red key fob warning light on the dash at all times, which is exactly what happens when a locksmith refuses to listen and uses FIAT settings instead. I am now stuck with this warning light, only the original key fob as she insisted the one I bought was incorrect even though it had exact matching numbers all the way around. If she would have just listened to me and did the right thing at first I wouldn't have wasted an entire day, spent $120 dollars, and now subjected to a constant warning light on the dash and no replacement fob. Another strange thing. I thought I was contracting 720 locksmith but through the answering service, I ended up at Red Rocks Locksmith. Are they connected? Was I scammed? I don't know. Johana wanted me to stay in touch through text messages outside of company communication and said she was trying to find me a correct key fob. I have been ghosted for a couple of months now with her saying they are not available although I already had the correct one and see a lot of them on multiple sites. Overall I feel ripped off. I lost 120 bucks and everything is worse now then when I started. I will be moving on from this sham of a company. Getting the same fob I already ordered and go somewhere that isn't so stubborn and will get the job done correctly. Just a big shame I had to go through this, and will now have to pay twice for what could have been done correctly the first time.
